تعلن أكاديمية يوفنتوس المغرب🇲🇦 – عن فتح باب الترشيحات برسم الموسم الرياضي 2026‑2027، وذلك في إطار مواصلة تنفيذ رؤيتها الرامية إلى ترسيخ أسس الاحتراف والارتقاء بمنظومة التكوين، وفق المعايير المعتمدة من طرف الإدارة التقنية.
وانطلاقا من هذا التوجه، قررت الأكاديمية اعتماد هيكلة قائمة على أقطاب متخصصة، بما يضمن التكامل بين مختلف مكونات المنظومة ويعزز جودة التأطير عبر مواقعنا بالدار البيضاء (بوسكورة) والرباط.
المناصب المفتوحة:
📍قطب الإدارة التقنية — مدير تقني / منسق بيداغوجي
📍قطب التكوين — مدربون للفئات الصغرى (U6–U16)
📍قطب حراسة المرمى — مدربي حراس
📍قطب التحضير البدني وتحليل الأداء- معد بدني
⚠️شروط الترشيح:
✅️شهادة معتمدة في التدريب (رخصة CAF أو ما يعادلها)
✅️خبرة ميدانية مثبتة في تأطير الفئات الصغرى
✅️كفاءة في التعامل مع الأطفال والتواصل مع الآباء
⚠️ما تقدمه الأكاديمية:
✅️تكوين مؤطر من الإدارة التقنية ليوفنتوس بإيطاليا
✅️المشاركة في دورة كأس العالم ليوفنتوس بمدينة تورينو
إطار عمل احترافي ومسار تطور داخل شبكة اكاديميات جوفنتس⚫️⚪️
