The Painting Workshop

The Painting Workshop est un studio créatif de Design Thinking: un concept qui met le capital humain au centre de la réussite de l'entreprise.

L'objectif est de favoriser la réflexion créative au sein d'une équipe professionnelle à travers des ateliers de peinture et team-building. La méthodologie de Design thinking utilisée lors des ateliers allie la curiosité créative à la recherche basée sur l'usabilité de nouveaux services et produits. Ceci permet d'atteindre des solutions créatives à certains challenges existants en un temps imparti

. Le Design Thinking aide à créer les produits adéquats a une demande existante pour "créer des produits que les gens veulent", au lieu de "faire en sorte que les gens veuillent acheter des produits". Ceci est l'exemple à travers lequel les entreprises innovantes d'aujourd'hui (Apple, Amazon, IDEO, Virgin America, Uber ...) se connectent avec leur public, les consommateurs et les utilisateurs. Le Painting Workshop utilise de Design Thinking ou pensée de conception pour célébrer le potentiel créatif des entreprises de sorte à ce qu'elles se différencient de la concurrence.

•The Painting Workshop's vision is to build a creative culture in professional settings, in a way that is conducive to organizational transformation and growth.

•The workshops are specifically catered to each partner institution, and use Design Thinking as well as Human-Centered Design principles for team building, process design and problem solving. What is Design Thinking? Inspired by Human Centered Design, the work of IDEO and Lateral Thinking from Dr. Edward de Bono, design thinking is the intersection of creative curiosity, research, intelligence and empathy, the manifestation of which develops forward thinking brands, user experiences, services and products. It breaks through ambiguity and challenges the status quo. The objective is to encourage potential and prospective consumers to connect with an organization's unique (selling) proposition so it can differentiate itself from competition; through an empathetic vision and a brand that exemplifies expertise, quality and leadership with the aspiration of creating a long lasting affinity. Design thinking attempts to do this by taking the traditional model of 'making people want things' and instead leading with an impact driven model of 'making things people want'.
