A taste of Morocco, crafted with passion. 🇲🇦✨

During Moroccan Week, our VET students had the incredible opportunity to work alongside Chef Khadija and our talented culinary chefs to curate a special Moroccan menu for our fine dining restaurant FIFTH STUDIO.

From traditional flavors to refined presentation, this collaboration was a hands-on journey in creativity, teamwork, and authentic Moroccan gastronomy. Every dish tells a story, and every plate reflects the dedication and talent behind it.

A heartfelt thank you to Chef Khadija for sharing her expertise and inspiring the next generation of hospitality professionals.
