REFLECTION. CONTEMPLATION. RETURNING.
Wishing you all well friends!
Supporting that part in you which is pressured right now into changing. Maybe it's pain into wisdom. Maybe it's confusion into surrender. Maybe it's fear into clear vision. Whatever it is for you. I support that and honour that process within you. Keep on looking up! Surrender to now, surrender to your heart, surrender to your breath.

I was recently asked to write my 'spiritual journey' for a newsletter and blog at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga. I could write a book to be honest, so I stuck to my experiences when I was at the centre as a Karma Yogi and a YTT graduate. If you would like to read about my spiritual story feel free to follow this link. If you know me, you have probably heard me lovingly talk about this magical little island and this sweet, peaceful and loving yoga centre in Canada!

The Calm within the Chaos by Lucie Palmer Lucie in meditation As I write this story about my experience at the centre, I sit in front of a beautiful warm Moroccan sun setting into the ocean from my rooftop. My yoga in these last week's, has been creating a schedule which grows a at Adamino's Cafe in . Can we normalise more in the ? Encouraging making someone ? Helping someone feel less ? And can we still call it online? This has been my yoga, devotional yoga, devoted to divine love. From that intention it all seemed to just unfold all by itself. Try your intentions behind each action. I learned this from the teachings of at the incredible Salt Spring Centre of Yoga . Try making a loving difference in people's days. You'll notice a subtle wisdom which gives you the option to ignore, tighten or lovingly create something special for them, without the need for reaction or thanks. big thanks to for teaching me this and everyone at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga who taught the power a loving community can have on each individual. Can you practice finding the sweet spot? Taking care of yourself without over indulging or belittling yourself? Not going too far into or gunas - even at the most challenging of times? Get yourself to your sweet spot in each moment, and may your life keep getting sweeter and sweeter!
Can't believe I'm going to say this, but this was actually for a magazine article 🤣🤣🤣. Who would have thought it🤣! That girl from the west midlands in magazines. The girl who was teaching yoga in a community hall back in 2009 in Wales, UK when locals didn't know what a yoga class involved. When "what do you do in a yoga class?" and "is yoga a cult" where common questions 🤣🤣. Ahhh I miss those questions! I knew I loved yoga but I was so insecure in some ways. I've always underestimated myself, so I'll just celebrate this bloomin marvelous picture before the judgment gremlins may turn up 👾👹
