This Tuesday, 19th May 2026, we wrapped up the semester with two back-to-back sessions.
First, we reviewed all the key lessons from the semester.
Second, each group presented their creative and unique projects to the class. After that, we voted on which project will represent us at the upcoming showcase.
We also had the pleasure of receiving Prof. Ahmed Atlagh, who joined us to observe the session.
To close it out, we had the final exam. Tough but fair, and it marked the end of a genuinely solid semester. I’m proud of how far this group has come.
We’ll meet again after Eid to prep for the showcase.
Looking forward to seeing these projects on stage.

Today, May 16th, I had another amazing session with my students at Inzgane Handicraft Center! We started with a fun counting game where students had to clap instead of saying numbers containing 3, 6, or 9. It was a great way to practice focus.
Then, we continued reviewing Units 1 and 3, focusing on titles, common and proper nouns, possessive adjectives, and asking about contact information using “what” + the verb “to be.”
We ended the session with an interactive alphabet activity involving hand movements for each letter, which kept everyone active and engaged while reinforcing alphabet recognition. A fun and productive session overall!
But the most special moment came at the end. My students surprised me with a small party, they had prepared to celebrate all they’ve accomplished so far. I was so moved by their kindness, and I truly appreciate all the effort they put in. They presented me with a Teacher Appreciation Award, a beautiful plaque. I am so grateful for this thoughtful recognition.

On May 2nd, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., it was a pleasure to welcome Mr. Atlagh, who observed my class with the Level 1 students. I put a great deal of effort into making the lesson engaging, interactive, and meaningful for my learners.
Then, on May 10th, we had a Zoom meeting where he provided me with detailed feedback. He gave a comprehensive overview of his observations, carefully breaking down the different phases of the lesson. He highlighted my strengths while also identifying areas for growth, such as refining my pacing and participation management.
I truly appreciate his balanced and constructive feedback, as it gave me a clearer understanding of both my strengths and the areas where I can continue to improve. I now feel much more confident about the next steps in my professional development journey

On Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, the classroom session was such a blast! We did a full review with my students centered on vocabulary and locations. We used a word search, a spelling bee competition where teams challenged each other, and a map with fun riddles for giving directions. It was super engaging; everyone worked in teams and competed. I was also honored to have a visit from Prof. Atlagh who observed my session.I was really happy to have him there! We finished with a challenging word search on numbers from 0 to 20, and it really made them focus and help each other out. I loved seeing how lively and interactive it was. These games kept everyone engaged, and I even introduced a memory game with words and images. Such a great session!

On 17/04/2026, I observed a Junior 4 session at the ALC. It was a very useful experience, and I learned a lot from the way the teacher managed the class and presented the lesson. The teaching methods were effective because they helped students understand the language step by step and encouraged them to participate actively.
The activities used during the session were also very helpful. They gave students opportunities to practice English through speaking, listening, and interaction with their classmates. I noticed that these activities made the lesson more engaging and helped learners feel more confident using English in a real classroom context.
Overall, this observation showed me how important good planning, clear instructions, and interactive activities are in an English language session. It helped me understand how effective teaching methods can support students’ learning and make the class more successful.

On April 11th I had the opportunity to observe a classroom of junior 1 students. Teacher Zakri Boujemaa sparked their curiosity through a variety of carefully designed activities and games. The energy was contagious: students leaning in, eyes bright, and voices eager to contribute.
What stood out to me most was the way he wove a spirit of healthy competition throughout the session. It wasn't about winning or losing, but about sharing the thrill of a challenge. The classroom buzzed with excitement, guided by a blend of patience and passion. He didn't command attention but invited it.
A heartfelt thank you to Teacher Zakri Boujemaa for welcoming me into his classroom. It was indeed an insightful experience.

This Sunday, April 26th, I completed my third class observation of the ETII program. I observed Prof .Belamghari's Junior 3 class, and the students were so lively and engaged .it was truly inspiring. The lesson began with a vocabulary focus, and then we moved into a reading activity where they described their rooms and personal items using adjectives. I was so impressed by how Prof .Belamghari fostered participation and kept the class engaged. It was a fantastic experience!

In this week’s session, we covered a reading lesson on the theme of personality. However, students did not simply read the text; instead, we used a gallery walk to explore it in groups.
The reading text, “Personality: Nature or Nurture?”, was divided into five sections, with each section assigned to a different station. Students were divided into five groups of three, and each group started at a different station. Within each group, students were assigned roles (reader, writer, and discussion leader). As they rotated through the stations, they switched roles so that everyone had the opportunity to read, write, and lead a discussion.
Each station included an excerpt from the text along with a task that groups had to complete within 10 minutes before moving on to the next station. Students were given sticky notes to record their answers. In addition to completing the tasks, they were encouraged to respond to the answers left by other groups.
After the gallery walk, we held a whole-class discussion on the theme of personality, building on the ideas explored in the text.
Following this, students presented their project groups and shared their ideas with the class. Each group came up with a unique and very interesting project concept. I’m looking forward to seeing what the coming weeks will bring.

I had the pleasure of observing teacher Khalid El Allali’s Junior 1 class on Saturday, April 18, 2026. I truly enjoyed his approach, which blended clear guidance with an engaging, student-centered style that kept learners actively involved. The students’ energy and their comfort in speaking and participating throughout the session were strong evidence of the supportive environment and atmosphere Mr. Khalid created for them. Towards the end of the session, a lighthearted moment unfolded when the students turned their attention to me. They placed me in the “chair of confession” and began interrogating me with their questions. I enjoyed answering them and actually being part of the lesson.
Special thanks to Mr. Khalid for welcoming me into his classroom and for the invaluable advice he shared. My gratitude also goes to Mr. Ahmed Atlagh and Mr. Ahmed Touzalt for making this possible.

Today’s session was a truly enjoyable and rewarding experience. The lesson was interactive and engaging, creating a positive atmosphere where students felt comfortable participating and sharing their ideas.
What made the session special was the students’ active involvement. They responded to questions, took part in activities, and interacted with enthusiasm, which made the learning process both fun and effective.
Their participation was also a clear indicator of their understanding, as they were able to follow the lesson and apply what they learned confidently.
Overall, this session highlighted the value of interactive teaching in building motivation, improving comprehension, and creating a lively and meaningful classroom environment.
