π Strong systems. Continuous improvement. Exciting work ahead!
Last Friday, Dr. Holly Hibbard had the opportunity to work alongside the District Leadership and School Leadership Teams at Corbin Independent Schools as they continued strengthening their Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
Together, the teams explored the incorporation of mental health and behavioral health systems through the Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF)βbuilding on the strong systems Corbin already has in place to create an even more comprehensive approach to supporting students.
One thing is clear: these teams have incredibly strong systems, but they are never satisfied with simply maintaining the status quo. They are continually asking, βHow can we get even better for our students?β
We canβt wait to see the progress Corbin Independent makes throughout this school year as they continue this important work! π

District teams completed the Local Accountability Continuum Self-Assessment to identify their greatest needs and guide their next steps toward stronger, locally driven accountability systems.
