Stages of in or :
Stage 1:
* Asymptomatic
* Generalized persistent lymphadenopathy.
Stage 2:
* unexplained persistent hepatospleenomegaly.
* Papular pruritic eruption.
* Extensive molluscum contagiosum.
* Extensive wart virus infection.
* Recurrent oral ulcerations.
* Unexplained persistent parotid enlargement.
* Linear gingival erythema.
* Herpes zoster.
* Fungal nail infections.
* Recurrent or chronic upper respiratory infections( otitis media, otorrhoea, sinusitis, tonsillitis)
Stage 3:
* Unexplained moderate malnutrition not adequately responding to standard therapy.
* Unexplained persistent diarrhoea ( 14 days or more)
* Unexplained persistent fever( above 37.6C intermittent or constant for longer than one month)
* Persistent oral candidiasis ( after first 6-8 weeks of life)
* Oral hairy leukoplakia
* Acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis or periodontitis.
* Pulmonary TB
* Lymph node TB
* Severe recurrent bacterial pneumonia.
* Symptomatic lymphoid interstitial pneumonitis.
* Chronic HIV associated lung disease including bronchiectasis.
* Unexplained Anaemia (

من حكم الله في خلقه :- #حليب الأم وأهمية للطفل Breastfeeding:-
#الرضاعة الطبيعية يجب أن تبدأ مباشرة بعد الولادة مادام صحة الطفل والام تسمح بذالك .
#كل ما بدأنا الرضاعة مبكرا ضمنا أكثر انتاج للحليب عند الأم المرضعة لوجود محفزات في ح**ة الصدر ، عندما يرضع الطفل تتحفز و تعمل علي إفراز هرمونات تزيد من انتاج الحليب ،وبذالك الام تلاحظ انه كل يوم يزيد انتاج الحليب وكميته ، بما يضمن الزيادة الطبيعية لوزن الطفل ويشبع جوعه .
#يجب أن ينهي الطفل الرضاعة من أول ث*ي قبل أن تنقله أمه إلى الث*ي الأخر إذا ما ازل جائعاً. التنقل بين ث*ي وأخر قبل الإنتهاء من الرضاعه على الث*ي الأول يمنع الطفل من الإستفادة من الحليب المؤخرHindmilk الحليب الذي يأتي أولاً foremilk يحتوي على نسبة ماء عاليه ويروي عطش الطفل الرضيع ,سبحان الله ، الحليب المؤخرhindmilk يحتوي
على دهنيات أكثر ضرورية لنمو الطفل وخصوصاً الدماغ، كما يشبع جوعه. إذا كان الطفل مريضاً أو يشعر بالنعاس أو كان قليل الوزن يجب إيقاظه كل ساعتين كحد أقصى .
( .....انه لا يصح المقارنة ابدا بين الرضاعة #الطبيعية وفوائدها ورضاعة الشيشة او الحليب الصناعي )

إذ ان حليب الام يتغير كل يوم
، بل يتغير في نفس رضعة أول الرضعة يختلف عن نهايتها ، سبحان الخالق .....
حليب الشيشة او الصناعي نغيرو في مكوناته كل 6اشهر رقم 1،2،3 علي حسب عمر الطفل الرضيع .

📍Benefits of swaddling القماط لحديثي الولادة :
1. Swaddling may lead to longer, sounder sleep. While a newborn sleeps about 16 hours per day, that sleep is in 3- to 4-hour intervals. Swaddling appears to increase the amount of REM (rapid eye movement) sleep that newborns get. This deeper sleep state may make it less likely for a baby to fully awaken when roused -
2. Swaddling may soothe a crying baby.
3. Swaddling may reduce the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). Babies who sleep on their stomachs are at higher risk of SIDS.

📍Risks and drawbacks of swaddling:
1. Swaddling may interfere with beginning breast-feeding. In the precious moments after a baby is born, newborns are often examined, swaddled for warmth, and handed back to Mom so she can work on beginning to breast-feed. But in a small study, researchers noted that babies who got more skin-to-skin contact with Mom within the first 2 hours after birth took to the breast earlier and suckled better at their first feeding when compared to the swaddled newborns.

2. Swaddling may affect a newborn's healthy weight. A delay in breast-feeding may be one reason a swaddled newborn does not put on adequate weight. Another theory is that touch has been shown to stimulate growth, so babies being swaddled may not get the touch they might need for growth.

3. Swaddling may increase risk of hip dysplasiaDDH .
