Developing English Language Teaching skills in Libya

The Developing English Language Teaching Skills Group (DELTS) was founded in October 2011 with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the educational system in the new Libya. DELTS is a group of volunteers who are qualified and experienced English language educators dedicated to fostering English language learning in Libya through providing English language teachers with training to develop their ability to teach more effectively.
