سندرس خلال هذه الدورة التدريبية بأساليب جديدة, ممتعة وبشكل فريق ( تطبيقات عملية من واقع العمل - دراسة بعض الحالات - العصف الذهني - التمارين الفردية والجماعية - إجابة بعض الأسئلة من كتاب PMBOOK )
