The Gifted Center was founded in 1993 as public sector institution in Benghazi ,Libya.
Registration is for both genders from the 8th to the 12th grade . The center is the one and only institution specialised in taking care and encouraging outstanding students selecting them through a specific mechanism including scientific and IQ tests.in addition, the center provides teaching approaches specially designed for this fraction of students.
