Aris was a student at our school until a few years ago. And now, after years of hard study, he is the face of our school, namely the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor. He has a wealth of experience and a tremendous amount of hard work under his belt. At the same time, Aris has had a beautiful career with WizzAir and now works for a major airline in the Middle East. A little introduction for prospective pilots before they start their training.🧑🏻‍✈️

The first thing an aspiring pilot needs to do is to learn what an aircraft is, how it works, and what laws it follows. The PPL (Private Pilot's Licence) course will help the student with this. The student will study 9 subjects and do a minimum of 45 hours of flying practice in a single engine aircraft.

The next step is to learn ATP Theory. At this stage, the student needs to expand his knowledge in the field of aviation, delving deeper into the instruments of the aircraft to become a true professional.
At the same time, flight practice should be started. For example, it is necessary to pass ME CR (Multi-engine Class Rating), IR (Instrument Rating), NR (Night Rating). Finally, the CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence) course has to be completed. Here the pilot already opens the chapter of commercial aviation, where he/she will meet A-UPRT (Advanced Upset Prevention Recovery Training).
Successful study of all modules and completion of all training sessions will help to successfully pass the Skill Test and obtain the coveted commercial pilot's licence.

It is important to understand that all training and passing exams are accompanied by certain time and order restrictions.

A few days ago we asked you what was stopping you from getting a pilot's license. And the most common answers were money and age. Let's work together to dispel the myth that aviation is only for the young and wealthy. 😉

The first thing people thinking about when planning to start an aviation apprenticeship is to be prepared for spending a lot of money. Aviation really does require a big investment. Although this can be alleviated by a number of factors. For example, our school always offers an instalment plan for tuition, which makes the initial expenditure much easier. An important plus is that a pilot with a PPL may provide non-transportation ancillary services privately (not working for an airline and not carrying passengers and cargo). Even more remarkably, a PPL holder can also become an Instructor. In this case the subsequent expenses resulting from obtaining a higher category licence will be covered by this earnings.
At the same time, banks are also more prone to financial assistance for PPL holders, as its existence already guarantees a pilot's working affiliation.

As far as age is concerned, the issue is easily resolved. After all, pilots can fly up to the age of 65. All that matters is to obtain a medical certificate of the right class and the dream of piloting will be easy to achieve. But even this age is not the limit. At the age of 65, a pilot is only required to complete his or her Commercial Aviation career. However, a pilot can safely continue to work as a private pilot or become a mentor for the younger generation by obtaining a Flight or Theoretical Knowledge Instructor's licence.
