Ārējā norobežojošā konstrukcija paredzēta no pelēkiem profilētiem sendviča paneļiem un melnām stiklotām alumīnija konstrukcijas vitrīnām. Silti dzeltens jumtiņš virs vārtiem un ieejām ēkā un tonāli atšķirīga fasādes apdare ieejas zonās ir kā akcents.
Iekštelpas paredzētas ar eksponētiem sendvičpaneļiem, grīdas – no pulēta industriālā betona, izņemot dušas telpu, kas ir flīzēta.

The project proposal is a car body repair workshop with functionally necessary premises and equipment.
Building`s ascetic aesthetics are defined by it`s industrial function, surrounding buildings and considering sunlight at different times of a day.
The skin of the building is made of grey profiled sandwich panels and glazed structures with black framing. Sunny yellow cantilever roof over the gates and entrances and tonally and materially different facade in those areas is an accent.
The interior is designed with exposed sandwich panels, including partitions. Floors - polished industrial concrete, except shower room, which is tiled.

A process, where everything imaginable and unpredictable, of course, happened and which became a beautiful "How to do architecture from A to Z" experience as well.

Arhitektonisko risinājumu definē apkārtējā modernā industriālā apbūve, samērā līdzenais zemes gabala reljefs un forma.
Ārējā norobežojošā konstrukcija paredzēta no profilētiem sendviča paneļiem un stiklotām alumīnija konstrukcijas vitrīnām grafīta pelēkā tonī. Ap evakuācijas kāpnēm paredzēts perforēta metāla lokšņu apšuvums. Kā akcenti - horizontālas izvirzītas žalūzijas virs lielajiem stiklojuma laukumiem abos stāvos, kā arī košs ieejas portāls.
Iekštelpas paredzētas ar eksponētiem sendvičpaneļiem, grīdas – no pulēta industriālā betona. Griestus nav paredzēts apšūt – ēkas funkcionēšanai nepieciešamās inženierkomunikācijas ir eksponētas iekštelpās.

The project proposal is an inline hockey training hall with functionally necessary premises, in addition, there are office and warehouse premises in the building.
The design of the new building is defined by the surrounding modern industrial buildings, the relatively flat terrain and shape of the plot.
The skin of the building is made of profiled sandwich panels and glazed aluminum structure in graphite gray. Perforated metal sheet cladding is wrapped around the fire escape stairs. Accents - horizontal aluminum blinds above the large glazing areas on both floors and bright entrance portal.
The interior is designed with exposed sandwich panels, including partitions. Floors - polished industrial concrete. The ceiling is not cladded – all the necessary equipment for the functioning of the building will be exhibited indoors.

Stage II in life of two former utility buildings. An additonal residential space is added under the roof of the larger one. Unusual roof terrace with its adjacent stairs make up a lot of possibilities for leisure activities. To be continued.
