Big news for curious minds in Riga! 🌍

✨We are thrilled to announce that AMAkids Latvia is opening a brand-new Mental Arithmetic group taught entirely in English! 🇬🇧

Why choose this group? It is a double workout for the brain. While your child masterfully unlocks logic, focus, and memory through our game-based abacus method, they will also be absorbing native-level English terminology and communication skills. Two essential future skills, combined into one fun lesson. 🚀

Vai jūsu bērna prāts saņem tam nepieciešamo treniņu? 🧠💪

Izmantojot abaka metodi, bērni pāriet no fiziskām krellītēm uz “neredzamu” abaku savā prātā. Šis process izveido spēcīgu tiltu starp abām smadzeņu puslodēm:

✨ Abpusēja smadzeņu aktivizācija: Kreisā puslode atbild par loģiku un skaitļiem, savukārt labā — vizualizē krellītes. Šis sinhronizētais komandas darbs uzlabo vispārējās kognitīvās funkcijas.

Is your child’s brain getting the workout it needs? 🧠💪

At AMAkids, we believe every child has untapped potential. Our Mental Arithmetic program for ages 6–14 isn’t just about solving equations—it’s a comprehensive development system designed to re-wire how children process information.

What exactly is happening during a session? 🧮

By using the abacus method, children transition from physical beads to an “invisible” abacus in their minds. This process creates a powerful bridge between both brain hemispheres:

✨ Dual-Brain Activation: The left brain handles the logic and numbers, while the right brain visualizes the beads. This synchronized teamwork improves overall cognitive function. ⬇️

What is Mental Arithmetic❓

It’s a unique training method that uses the abacus to help children perform complex calculations in their heads at lightning speed. ⚡️

But it’s much more than just numbers.

By learning to visualise the abacus, students develop:
✅ Focus and Concentration- The ability to stay on task longer.
✅ Photographic Memory - Better visualisation and recall skills.
✅ Speed of Thought- Faster information processing in all schools subjects.

It’s learning that feels like a game! 🎮✨
