ТАНЕЦ СТИХИЙ
Протанцуем землю, огонь, хаос, воду, воздух и объединим все стихии вместе в духе/эфире
В этой танцевально- двигательной практике у каждого будет возможность отдать каждой стихии то, что на данны момент не нужно, и получить от каждой стихии то, что необходимо, чтобы наполниться и взять эти подарки с собой
Откроем круг знакомством и разговором о том, что для каждого означает каждая стихия, как взаимодействовать со стихиями, дам идеи о том, как двигаться в каждой стихии
Начнем с разминки body jazz и продолжим танцем, последовательно танцуя все стихии, танцевать будем около полутора часов
Закроем занятие кругом интеграции, целительным душевным принимающим пространством

Dejosim cauri zemei, ugunij, haosam, ūdenim, gaisam, apvienojot visus elementus garā/ēterī
Šajā dejas un kustību praksē ikvienam būs iespēja atdot katram elementam to, kas viņam šobrīd vairs nav nepieciešams, un saņemt no katra elementa to, kas viņam ir vajadzīgs, lai piepildītos, un paņemt šīs dāvanas sev līdzi
Apli atklāsim ar iepazīšanos un diskusiju par to, ko katrs elements nozīmē katram no mums, kā mijiedarboties ar elementiem, es došu idejas par to, kā kustēties katrā elementā
Sāksim ar body jazz iesildīšanos un turpināsim ar deju, dejojot cauri visiem elementiem secīgi
Dejosim apmēram pusotru stundu
Nodarbību noslēgsim ar integrācijas apli, dziedinošu sirsnīgu pieņēmošu telpu

DANCE OF THE ELEMENTS
We will dance through earth, fire, chaos, water, and air, uniting all the elements together in spirit/ether
In this dance and movement practice, everyone will have the opportunity to give away to each element what they currently don't need anymore, and receive from each element what they need to be fulfilled and take these gifts home with them
We will open the circle with introductions and a discussion about what each element means to each of us, how to interact with the elements, and I will give ideas on how to move within each element
We will begin with a body jazz warm-up and continue with dance, dancing through all the elements in sequence
We will dance for about an hour and a half
We will close the session with a circle of integration, a healing, heart warming space of acceptance
