Psychologists have a name for a mental state that many people who work at height describe.

Recent research on work-related flow shows that this mental state is associated with stronger work engagement, better job performance, greater job satisfaction and overall well-being. It is most likely to occur when people tackle challenging tasks that match their skills.

Every task inside a wind turbine begins with safe access. 🥽

The GWO Service Lift User course is available at our training centres in Klaipeda 🇱🇹 and Riga 🇱🇻.

Participants learn to inspect, operate and evacuate service lifts safely. Practical training includes VR-based simulations of routine and emergency operating scenarios, allowing procedures to be practised in a safe, controlled environment.

During HUET with CA-EBS Course (Code 5295), every trainee is exposed to high-stress scenarios.

One of the key objectives is learning to remain calm in extreme conditions, including escaping from a capsized helicopter while inverted underwater. The focus is on controlled actions under pressure — maintaining orientation, following a clear sequence, and executing a safe escape from the helicopter.
