I’ve noticed that quite a few people are curious about forest coaching, but at the same time not entirely sure what it actually looks like in reality.
In simple terms, it’s time in nature combined with guided reflection, where I help you step out of your usual thinking patterns, using the nature elements around us as part of the process, and see things from a different angle.
What people usually notice after:
• the mind becomes a bit quieter
• thoughts get clearer
• energy comes back
• new ideas start to appear
So if you’d like to try it out, I’m hosting a small forest coaching & hike on April 24 in Divoká Šárka.
🕙 10:00–14:00
📍 Prague 6
👥 Small group (a few places left)
If you’ve been curious but unsure whether it’s “for you”, this is a very easy way to experience it.
Happy to share details in comments or DM 🙂

Today I had the honor of hosting a group mentoring session for incubation entrepreneurs at the Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA).
The focus of the session was on the issues and challenges entrepreneurs face after getting through the first years of building a business and entering the growth phase.
According to the participants, the most common challenges in this phase are:
☑️ feeling overwhelmed by too many tasks and the need to prioritize
☑️ deciding what to keep doing yourself and what to delegate
☑️ knowing when the time is right to delegate
☑️ balancing the constant tension between too few projects and too few employees
We discussed these topics, shared experiences, and hopefully everyone left with at least a few new insights.
And you - what challenges are you dealing with in your business right now?

Today I had the privilege of participating in an Outdoor Coaching Flash Conference organized by the BCC Community.
Even though I’ve been practicing forest/nature coaching for a while, I’ve often felt quite alone in this field - almost like a bit of a weirdo.
So it was genuinely refreshing to discover that there is a whole community around outdoor coaching, with conferences, research, and growing interest (especially in the UK).
And yes - there is research behind it.
According to Passmore & Tee (in review), participants in outdoor coaching (vs. a mindfulness intervention group) experienced:
• Greater improvement in wellbeing
• Stronger growth mindset
• Statistically significant progress in goal attainment
So no - it’s not just “a nice walk in nature.”
It actually amplifies coaching and self-development work.

Are you a “busy bee”?
Most people try to fix this with better time management tools. But when everything feels urgent, nothing feels intentional.
After discussing Time and Energy management topic with students, clients, friends and even my own children, I decided to structure my thinking into a practical webinar called Time & Energy Reset.
If you want to rethink how you manage time and energy, the link is in my bio.
Enjoy the time you intentionally set aside for yourself.

Over the past few days, I’ve had several conversations about starting the new business year: priorities, focus, and finally—sticking to it.
What I hear again and again: “I need to do more.”, “I need to try harder.”, “Things must change this year.”
The truth is - doing more of the same rarely leads to better results.
That’s why I often share one simple tool I use every year to get clear: Stop. Start. Continue. It’s a classic business brainstorming method, and yes, we also use it at Marketing Angels to kick off the year. What’s underestimated is how powerful it is for personal priorities and goal-setting.
My process is simple: a quiet place, 1–2 hours, pen and paper.
CONTINUE
I start here. What worked last year? What gives me energy? What do I want to keep? These are the foundations- personally and professionally.
STOP
This is the cleanup. Energy leaks, dead-end relationships, projects that drain more than they give, missing boundaries (like working too much, for free etc.). This part hurts, but it is also a golden mine as it frees up the most resources.
START
Only then do I add new things: ideas, projects, plans, even personal ones (like my next big hiking trip). They fit because I’ve made space for them.
This isn’t the full plan. Ex*****on still matters.
But if you want a strong start to the year - clarity beats force.
What’s one thing you need to stop before this year can really move forward?
p.s. photo is from my winter skiing. Winter nature really invites for slow-down and reflection.

I keep seeing the same pattern with smart, capable people. They know something has to change, but they stay stuck trying to think their way out of it alone. The knowledge is not a problem. The problem is lack of clarity, structure, and an honest mirror.
After vacations and good rest all of us have much more energy to start to tackle those challanges we have been hiding under the carpet or stacking away.
That’s why I’m opening space for 3 more coaching clients this winter.
Here’s where I can help:
• Career transitions - when the current role no longer fits, but the next one isn’t clear
• Starting or scaling a business - turning ideas into decisions, priorities, and action
• Entrepreneurial mindset development - less hesitation, more action
• Limiting beliefs - the quiet voice on your shoulder that blocks the progress
• Goals, focus, habits - building and executing plans that are realistic and sustainable
If you feel this is relevant now, reach out.
If not, keep this in mind for later or recommend to someone to whom it is relevant.

This year, for the first time in our lives, we decided to celebrate Christmas far away from home. At first, we hesitated — wondering how it would feel without a proper Christmas tree, a traditional dinner, and our usual rituals.
But the end of the year was so hectic and busy that we simply needed a real break — a chance to reset our minds and bodies.
Now I can say for sure: it was the best decision. Because what matters most is not where you are or which rituals you follow (or don’t), but who you are with.
(P.S. To be honest, there is one very important person we’re missing here.)
So wherever you are — and even if your best company right now is yourself — I wish you a beautiful and Merry Christmas 🎄✨
