Day two at Learning Technologies 2026
This event emphasized even more that generic content does not work, employees do not like and engage in boring, long, made-for-everyone courses. Instead, shorter, specific, and interactive courses (even if it’s compliance) are perceived with a lot more interest and engagement, and without tons of reminders.
It confirmed that the Greatest workplaces genuinely care about their employees, about making L&D more engaging, more human, more impactful. When learning is designed with care, creativity and the learner at the centre — people actually want to show up and do their work better.
