From theory to something you can actually hold 🦴✨

What an incredible collaboration between TOAS and the Anatomy Circle! We explored how 3D printing is transforming orthopedics, bringing anatomy to life in a completely new way.

From learning the anatomical foundations of prosthetics to watching real models being printed in front of us, this hands-on session made everything feel a lot more real (and a lot more exciting).

Big thanks to everyone who joined and made it such an engaging and inspiring evening 💙

We kicked off the semester with our first TOAS meeting, and what a great start it was!!

This session focused on nerve injuries in orthopaedics, where we discussed mechanisms, clinical examination, and management strategies. We also explored the role of electromagnetism in scaphoid fractures, diving into the science behind bone healing and innovative treatment approaches.

It was amazing to see both our active and passive members joining and contributing to such an engaging discussion. S/O to Tara for winning the quiz of the session🥳👏🏽

A special thank you to our mentor for the guidance, expertise, and continuous support — your input truly made this session even more valuable.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped us start the semester strong🦴💙
