Fresh photos from Italy — the house is now almost complete on the outside. 🇮🇹

We’ve received new photos from the site, and the project can now be seen not only in drawings and during production, but almost in its finished form.

The structural elements were manufactured at the Frame House factory, and this is what the result looks like today.

The frame is manufactured in our PASSIVE specification. Frame House uses 70 mm timber, precision factory-cut connections, sealed joints and reinforced Torx screws up to 200 mm long, allowing the frame to work as one integrated structural system.

The factory-made frame costs €55,055.78 without VAT.
This price is for the structural frame only, not a fully finished turnkey house.

Two years later: what the owner of a Frame House home in Italy says

In Manziana, near Rome, our client has been living in a home with a Frame House timber structure for two years.

It is especially valuable to hear the owner’s opinion after some time has passed — not immediately after completion, but after actually living in the house.

Today, the family says they are very happy with the house and with their choice.

A family from France recently visited our factory while considering building a timber-frame home in the French Alps as early as next year.
