Face your fears!
Many business owners are embarrassed by failure and fear public speaking. Exposing oneself to that fear is the only way to chip away at it. Being rejected will make you more resilient to ‘’no’s’’ and make it easier to get the ‘’Yes’’. Take a public speaking course—do anything to increase your comfort level speaking in front of a group of people. Take an acting or stand-up comedy class if you wish to hone your communication abilities. Both will make you face your vulnerabilities and prepare you to interact with others. Additionally, you'll learn the value of having good timing and delivery—a talent that is just as important in daily life and sales as it is in comedy and acting.
Facing your fears goes to all areas of the business, not just communication. Wherever your discomfort zone starts and it gets harder for you to take the next step to remember- action cures fear.

You must convince a prospect to purchase the good or service for your business to take off and grow. Problem-solving is the key to entrepreneurial selling. You must be able to persuade prospects that the product or service will be advantageous to them sometimes your customers will already be looking for your solution, but that won’t always be the case. If you believe in your product and its solutions are more valuable than the money your customer has to pay you are on a good track. You know what your product can do and help your customer, but he/she doesn’t know it yet. So what's the best way to show that to them? The foundation of sales is asking questions, not only will it let you qualify the prospect and he’s/her need for the product, but also, let the prospect sell themselves.

Consistency
Every entrepreneur has a passion that drives them to advance through it, making consistency one of the notable traits of an entrepreneurial mindset.
They are hence accustomed to having constant thoughts and objectives in their heads. It aids them in maintaining consistency in their concentration and self-assurance. The overarching principle of those mindsets is never giving up.

Consistency does not only apply to doing tasks it even more importantly applies to the way everything gets done. There’s a saying ‘’how you do one thing is how you do everything’’.
Take a look at other aspects of your life. For better or worse you most likely will approach business problems the same way you approach other things in your life. Are you taking care of them right away, do you procrastinate, and how do you maintain the relationship with friends will show you how you’ll maintain relationships with partners. Even looking at your room you can learn a lot about yourself by seeing how clean and organized it is or isn’t.

By understanding your mental habits you can start improving them and the only way to become a better version is by adopting healthy habits and being consistent with them.
