They created an arts’ organization JeJoue [zhe:zhuu] (‘I Play’ fr. French) to involve active and curious students in diverse activities.

In 2001 several students of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga decided to prove that the school is not all about economics and business, but it also holds a creative spark as they saw how many creative people studied there. Every year JeJoue organizers offer various activities and strive to offer the latest trends in culture and arts; as well as put conventional arts’ in new amplua. So far

Dear all,

We are sorry to inform you that tomorrow's wine tasting will have to be postponed due to the recent announcements from the officials and the school. We will post the new dates once everything is clear.

Stay safe!

Yours,

We at Je Joue believe that each and every person has an artist living inside him, and our Figure Drawing event proved this theory to be right, allowing people to uncover their hidden talents.

Thank you to everyone who participated, and a big shout-out to our skilled artist Marianna for showing us the ropes (.zip or on IG), and our lovely model Kat ( on IG) for showing us, well, herself.

Perhaps in the future, a great artist will tell a tale of how he discovered his artistic talent by spending an evening in the Soros auditorium...

Monsieur Kebabua is pleased to announce that the Je Joue 2019 Spring Kebab fashion collection has been completed, and his career is not ruined anymore, although the same cannot be said for his church.
Although there were many good entries, we had to decide on the 3 best ones by evaluating both the design and the story behind it, with the first place exceeding our wildest expectations.
A big thank you to our dear friends at FoodBox for providing us with prizes that epicurean dreams are made of:
1st place and 5 gift cards - Felicia Istrati
2nd place and 3 gift cards - Ēriks Kasparenoks
3rd place and 1 gift card - Polina Bocharnikova

Monsieur Kebabua has encountered a tragedy - his favorite church recently burned down, and the residual damage also destroyed his fashion store, leaving him unprepared for the spring fashion season. He has asked us to aid him by having the students of SSE Riga help him create the Je Joue 2019 Spring Kebab Fashion Collection.

Create a fashion statement for a kebab of your own by dressing it up the same way you would dress up a Barbie. Monsieur Kebabua will evaluate your designs and choose the three best ones, and award them with gift cards from our generous friends at FoodBox:
5 kebabs for the 1st place
3 kebabs for the 2nd place
1 kebab for the 3rd place

Send your pictures our way to [email protected] by May 19th, and help Kebabua save his career. Bonus points if an artistic description of the design is provided.

The annual hot dog eating championship has been a success once again! We wish to thank all the brave and ambitious participants who made it happen.

Let us congratulate Emīls Pauls Eglītis (aka - the swallower) with winning the competition for the 2nd year in the row and upgrading to the yellow belt in the art of hot dog consumption.

Will the next season bring us a new champion, or will it strengthen Emīls’ place at the top? Begin your training now and join us next year to find out!

As a wise woman once said „Where there isn’t wine, there isn’t culture” and quite luckily here at Je Joue we can say that we have tons of culture. We would like to thank everyone who joined us in this winetastic journey. And a big shout out for our friends at “Viesistaba” and Agate Lūse who introduced us to the beautiful world of wine.
Love,
JeJoue
