Day 4 of STW2025 combined data, creativity, and culture. 📊🎨🏛️
Morning sessions with Sandra Tetere introduced participants to Tableau data visualization tools, followed by practical workshops.
Later, participants explored Jamovi statistical analysis software.
The day concluded with a cultural highlight — a visit to the magnificent House of the Black Heads in Riga’s Old Town.

Yesterday’s focus was on the future of education! 🌍💡
With the support of the European Digital Learning Network (DLEARN), we hosted the international event “Bridging Digital Gaps: Empowering Learners through Green and Digital Skills.”
Engaging discussions and networking highlighted how digital and green competences are shaping modern learning.
The day ended with a festive gala dinner at LOCALE Restaurant in Riga’s Old Town. 🥂🍽️

The second day of STW2025 was dedicated to research skills and collaboration. 📚🔍
Sessions at the EKA Research Incubator covered data types, Mendeley reference management, and critical research methods, led by our experts.
In the afternoon, participants took part in an engaging Riga city tour, discovering the history and charm of our capital. 🏙️🇱🇻

Today we officially opened the International ERASMUS+ Staff Training Week 2025 at EKA University of Applied Sciences!
Participants from different countries met during a dynamic “speed dating” session, explored our campus with the student self-government, and enjoyed an inspiring workshop on Chinese calligraphy by Jekaterina Baije.
The day ended with a photo session and a warm welcome drink at Grāpis Café.

Šodien EKA Rīgas Augstskolā norisinājās Erasmus Welcome Meeting, kurā sagaidījām 25 studentus no dažādām Eiropas universitātēm, kas rudens semestrī mācīsies EKA.
