New Observership Programme!

The ESSKA Observership Programme provides structured clinical exposure through short-term visits to accredited ESSKA Teaching Centres. It enables members to observe experienced surgeons in their operative and clinical environments, gaining insight into surgical techniques, decision-making processes, and institutional workflows.

There are 25 positions every 6 months, and observerships can range from 2 - 3 days. Selections are on a first-come-first-served basis.

ESSKA will act as a liaison between observers and ESSKA Teaching Centres. The exact dates and duration of the visit will be agreed directly between the participant and the designated Teaching Centre contact.
