📢Educational Officer - 20h/week

Digital Inclusion asbl is looking for an Educational Officer to support our digital skills training activities.

Digital Inclusion is a non-profit organisation in Luxembourg. We provide free computers, digital skills classes and practical support to people facing digital exclusion.

Position
Job title: Educational Officer
Contract: CDI
Working time: 20 hours per week
Location: Digital Inclusion asbl, 1, Dernier Sol, L-2543 Luxembourg
Start date: 1 September or mid-September
Salary level: according to the SAS collective agreement, C4
Application deadline: 11 August

📋Main tasks
The Educational Officer will support the organisation and quality of our classroom activities, as well as related administrative tasks for our social projects.

Main responsibilities include:
- coordinating teachers and classroom schedules;
- updating slides, exercises and teaching material;
- helping develop new courses and learning modules;
- collecting feedback from teachers and learners;
- supporting attendance documentation, reporting and statistics;
- carrying out administrative tasks linked to our education and social projects;
- helping ensure that courses are clear, practical and accessible for our target groups.

🔍Profile
We are looking for a reliable and well-organised person with an interest in education, administration and digital inclusion.
The ideal candidate:
- has experience in education, training, coordination or administration;
- writes clearly and structures information well;
- is comfortable with digital tools and presentation software;
- enjoys working with people from different backgrounds;
- is patient, practical and solution-oriented.

🌍Languages
Good English and French are required.
Luxembourgish, German or other languages used by our beneficiaries are an advantage.
