Tomatis The Tomatis® Method improves Motor, Emotional and Cognitive abilities, through Music and Language.

Alfred Tomatis was a Medical Doctor (ENT) who devoted his life to studying the close relationship between the voice, the brain and the ear. His work has had a revolutionary impact on how an individual communicates with himself and others. A pioneer in the field of cognitive science, Alfred Tomatis leaves an indelible mark both with its discoveries and by his extraordinary personality. Today we mea

sure the extent of his inheritance in the light of recent research on brain plasticity. In 2016, the famous neurologist Norman Doidge gives him a tribute in his latest book "The Brain's Way of Healing".

**When your child finally finds a therapy they don’t resist. 💙**

For many parents, simply keeping a sensitive child comfortable, engaged, and motivated during therapy can feel like a challenge.

That’s what makes the Tomatis® Method different. 🎧

Through specially processed music and voice, listening sessions are designed to stimulate the brain while allowing children to **play, draw, relax, or simply be themselves**.

No pressure to perform.
No need to sit still.
Just listening, while the brain does the work. ✨

And when a child feels comfortable and engaged, therapy can become something they look forward to rather than something they have to get through.

💙 **Because progress starts with engagement.**

Discover the Tomatis® Method and find a certified practitioner near you.

And suddenly, neurosensory stimulation is ✨kinda chic✨.

Kinda chic to be present.
Kinda chic to find your calm.
Kinda chic to have a regulated nervous system.
Kinda chic to listen better.

We’re not sure Dr. Alfred Tomatis saw this one coming… but she may have a point. 🎧💙

What if the big reaction actually started with a small signal that went unnoticed?

A tight chest. A racing heart. Hunger. Thirst. Tension. Fatigue.

These are interoceptive signals, messages from inside the body that help us understand what we need and how we’re feeling.

For some children, those signals can be difficult to notice or interpret. They may only become aware of them once the feeling has grown too intense to ignore.

That’s why body awareness matters.

Learning to notice these early cues can support emotional awareness and help children respond before feelings become overwhelming.

The Tomatis® Method uses structured auditory stimulation to support processes related to attention, body awareness, and regulation.

Because regulation doesn’t start with controlling a reaction.

It starts with noticing the signal. 🤍

👂 Think hearing and listening are the same? Think again! 😉

🎧 Hearing is what your ears do.
🧠 Listening is what your brain does.

You can hear someone talking… but are you really listening? 🤔

Listening is how we:
✨ Understand language
📚 Learn new things
💬 Communicate effectively
❤️ Connect with others

At the heart of the Tomatis® Method is the idea that better listening can unlock better learning, communication, attention, and emotional well-being. Through specially designed sound stimulation, the brain is trained to process sound more efficiently, because great communication starts with great listening. 🎶🧠

💡 Remember: We don’t just hear with our ears… we listen with our brain.

Listening is more than hearing. It’s how we learn, connect, and grow. 💙

At the heart of the Tomatis® Method is the power of listening. By stimulating the brain through specially processed sound, the Tomatis® Method helps strengthen the listening function, supporting communication, learning, attention, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

When listening improves, so does the way we experience the world.

✨ Better listening. Better learning. Better living.

🧠 Ever wonder why small tasks can feel so overwhelming with ADHD?

It's not about laziness or a lack of motivation. The ADHD brain is often working overtime, filtering distractions, shifting attention, managing impulses, and trying to stay on track all at once.

💙 When the brain is already at full capacity, even everyday tasks can lead to frustration, emotional reactivity, avoidance, fatigue, or shutdown.

Support starts by reducing nervous system load, not by adding more pressure.

The Tomatis® Method supports attention and self-regulation by stimulating the listening system, helping the brain process information more efficiently and comfortably.

✨ "It's just a little noise..."
To you, maybe. But to a child experiencing sensory overload, it can feel like their whole world is too much.

💛 What looks like an overreaction is often a nervous system that has reached its limit—not a child being "difficult."

Sensory overload can build quietly before it becomes visible. Bright lights, loud sounds, busy environments, and unexpected sensory input can quickly become overwhelming.

Instead of asking, "Why are they behaving like this?" ask, "What might they be experiencing?"

The goal isn't to push through overload, it's to help the nervous system feel safe enough to regulate.

The Tomatis® Method supports sensory regulation by helping the brain process auditory information in a more organized and comfortable way.
