Finallyyyy Ive figured some bits out… Starting the day off with my protein in progress & my gratitudes. Then after an amazing day on Saturday - held the first Hidden Disability summit in Luxembourg ❤️ I need to follow up! Have an amazing day everyone! (BTW for anyone envious, I was exhausted at 6am when my alarm went off. My eyes look awful & I struggled so I’m hopeful but don’t think I’m all bright eyed! 😘)

So Karensa was correct: I was at Control Technique. (For Brits it’s like MOT and used to be like a foreign language interactive MOT) I post because most ADHDers have a level of anxiety. I was aware & apologised that I spoke to the guy SO fast in English. I was ‘late’ because I’d put the wrong time in my diary, I was in a hurry because I needed to take my daughter somewhere & they had a queue with 1 person serving. So I basically threw all my stuff at this poor guy when I got there.

What did I do right?
I made sure I had followed the instructions in the car & I had the book provided by VW. After paying ADHD tax on my ‘grey card’ years ago I have all documents in this book, labelled. Yes it will seem excessive & ‘type A’ but it means I know where it all is on the day…

I am creating a Facebook membership group (paid via Patreon) that will include ADHD hacks, body doubling etc. it will be based on Luxembourg because experiences like Control Technique are numerous, but not just for Lux, you can live in Alaska & join!
