This term in the middle group, 4-6 years, we are applying the movement knowledge we acquired, to real music notation.

I gave the students some brief tasks to challenge their music understanding and writing…they created rhythmic patterns in 3/4 and 4/4 using crotchets and quavers.

We used their patterns for our work in class, combining them in longer rhythmic phrases to clap and step or to play on various percussion
instruments.

The children felt so proud and excited when their material was used by others in short rhythmic combinations…💜

Last weekend the students of Le Nid des Talents and their families spent a fantastic weekend at Altrimenti Centre Culturel. We learned, laughed, played and created together. A big thank you to our guest teachers Irene Elena and Valentina Meinero from Italy, for making this experience extra special!

There are still some places available for our Suzuki-Dalcroze workshop weekend here in Luxembourg. Students who play the level Pre-Twinkle beginners, Book 1, Book 2 and Book 3 are very welcome to participate! ! Our Nid des Talents teachers team will be joined by Italian Suzuki teachers Irene Elena (guitar) and Valentina Meinero (harp). We are very much looking forward to this great event!

If your children enjoy creating, art and craft classes will be the excellent place to express their full creative potential, nurture imagination and orginality.
The classes are designed for children aged 6-10.
