Au cours du mois de mai (et une dernière session en juin), nos étudiants ont plongé en profondeur dans l’univers du vin avec Zsofia

De la viticulture aux décisions de vinification, en passant par l’influence du climat, des sols et des choix humains sur le style et la qualité : le WSET Niveau 3 est l’étape où tout commence vraiment à faire sens et à se connecter.

Entre théorie, dégustations à l’aveugle, rires et de moments partagés autour du vin & de la gastronomie 🍽️🍷… un parcours intense, mais toujours porté par la passion et une belle énergie.
