Hi, icon 😘 Love having you here! 🫶✨
For me authenticity is being present and to be present we need to be in our bodies. That is not something many people can do, because of the inner discomfort, but that’s a separate video.
What does authenticity mean to you? Let me know in the comments 👇

The coaching industry glorifies transformation. I’m interested in integration.
Here’s the difference:
Transformation sells, it’s dramatic with before-and-after photos and “I used to be X, now I’m Y” posts. It promises you’ll become someone new - someone better, shinier, more successful.
(I really wish it worked this easy!)
However, real change isn’t dramatic, it’s daily.
Integration is slower, messier, less Instagram-worthy. And it’s not about becoming someone new! It’s about returning to who you’ve always been underneath the survival strategies, performing and people-pleasing.
Integration asks tough questions:
What parts of myself did I abandon to succeed?
What do I need to put down to live truthfully?
How do I act from my values, not my fears?
It’s not a rebrand, but a wholesome reunion.
This work doesn’t happen in a weekend workshop or a 12-week program that promises to “transform your life.” (I really wish it would...)
It happens in small, honest moments when you choose differently again and again.
I don’t help you become someone new, I help you integrate who you already are. That’s deeper and most importantly - IT LASTS.
Get in touch if you’re done chasing transformation and ready for integration.🫶

Flowers are lovely, dinner reservations are great, but real connection? That’s built in the everyday moments when someone sees you, hears you, touches you with presence and chooses to show up.
This Valentine’s Day, I’m inviting you to prioritize the kind of intimacy that requires emotional safety, physical attunement, vulnerability and genuine presence.
Tag your partner and tell them what you actually need.
Let’s stop performing love and start practicing it.
❤️❤️❤️

This year for Halloween, I’m Ms. Rachel - or more accurately, Rachel Accurso.
This whole year she’s inspired me daily, brought me to tears, made me uncomfortable, and made me smile. Rachel stands for children’s rights around the world and has been a vocal supporter of kids in Palestine.
Despite her incredible success, her moral compass stayed intact. She uses her platform to advocate for those who don’t have a voice. She puts the well-being of kids before her own reputation, and it’s rattled powerful people.
She doesn’t shy away from naming the truth, holding people accountable, and bringing our attention back to what matters - children.
She’s my hero. A leader who creates a reality where we center kids instead of men’s egos, greed, and power.
Each time my toddler watches her, he smiles. Right now, she’s a loving friend on a screen. One day, he’ll appreciate her differently—as an astonishing, brave, authentic leader.
I’m proud and grateful to have her on our screens. I hope one day I’ll get to hug her in person. 🤍
