The gift of the first week of Advent is gratitude, and this year, I definitely have something to say about it. Endless thanks to circumstances, coincidences, strange alignments, and all the explainable and unexplainable things for how I feel now, what I am doing, and where I am going. My mom always reminds me, "It doesn't matter what you do; what matters is how you feel." This is all about the same thing - integrity—when there is no longer a contradiction between what you do and who you are at your core.
