🌱Užsiėmimai tinka ir pradedantiesiems ir jau pažinusiems jogą, nes pateikiamos kelios jogos pozicijų variacijos.
Mano vedama joga yra daugiausiai paremta Iyengar jogos principais. Tai puiki proga mokytis atlikti jogą saugiai ir išmokti ją daryti pagal savo kūno poreikį. Ši joga daugiausiai koncentruojasi ties taisyklingu (t.y. saugiu) jogos pozicijų atlikimu, o taip pat naudojamos priemonės pagelbėti mažiau lankstiems kūnams ir gilinti savo praktiką.
✨Todėl tereikia atsinešti patogią aprangą, lankstumas tikrai nebūtinas 🙂
✨Grupės nedidelės, todėl gausite daugiau asmeninio dėmesio 🙂

Gratitude.
It tells a lot about us, humans, that we need to teach ourselves to be grateful for the abundance in our lives: relationships, good health, beautiful experiences, life itself... Still, a much more transforming practice starts when we feel genuine gratitude for failures, losses, emotional pain… pain of any kind... All these experiences are powerful lessons if you allow them to be such...
It’s hard.
It hurts.
But what does ir teach you?
Any change, any growth is not easy but painful.
Masks get more cracks.
