ISM has signed a cooperation agreement with Microsoft, the global technology giant.

In order to support learning of modern knowledge, Microsoft, within its global initiative, in cooperation with the ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius has created a personal development programme – “Baltic Digital Skills Development Program”. Within the programme, it is possible to choose and study one of the four courses, offered in the programme, free of charge.

This is what our graduate and founder of Aleksėjus Zubcovas says. Aleksėjus studied Business Management and Marketing at ISM. Here he met his business partner, and thanks to the knowledge and expertise he acquired during his studies, he founded the brand ‼️

"Nocoin's history began with ISM when co-founder Tom Gedvilas proposed to create some kind of business together. Soon we started working on wallets that had a mechanism. Since at that time (October 2018) the idea was unique in Lithuania, we began to look for a partner, who could make us aluminum cases. Tom was responsible for the product, while I was in charge of sales.

We recognized that the brand had little recognition, which led us to diversify sales through e-commerce, B2B orders, physical stores, and fairs. Unfortunately, Tom had to step back to concentrate on other prospects.

Currently, the "Nocoin" wallets are used by about 2500 consumers. I'm glad that customers frequently return because they want to surprise their friends with an innovative gift. Currently, "Nocoin" wallets can be purchased in as many as 7 physical stores. We are chosen by companies such as "Tesonet" and "ITO" looking for customer and employee gifts."

Even when the ball is thrown from the other side of the court, if thrown with persistence, it is bound to fall in the net sometime 🏀 This is the lesson that our alumni, basketball analyst for Kaunas Žalgiris, Mykolas Stumbras lives by.

Mykolas studied finance at ISM, received a double diploma from BI Norwegian Business School, found the love of his life at university, and made the career of his dreams thanks to his consistent efforts ⚡️

Human IPO is a new and recently developed platform (humanipo.app) that allows you to invest in and make money from the people you believe in. ISM alumna Dovilė Daugvilaitė-Zubcovė became the first woman in the Baltic States, whose time on November 11 was sold just in 10 minutes and 18 sec.

Dovilė believes that people's time is becoming a much more important currency than ever before, which is why she decided to join this platform:

The principle of the Human IPO platform is similar to the IPO of companies (initial public offering) - a person puts a certain number of his hours on the market at a certain initial price, and over time, the hourly value rises because of his growth, potential, and achievements.
