You’re working 10 hour days and still feel behind.
You’re snapping at your partner and children more than you want to.
Your mind is racing and you can't switch off in the evening.
Can't fall asleep easily in the evening...
Waking up already tired...
You're wondering how long you can keep going like this? You know this is unsustainable and something has to change... But a part of you is afraid to stop...
And you've tried therapy. Sports. Books. Supplements. You've gained some insight. But you're still spinning in a wheel... Because insight is not enough.
What I help you do is change this at the root 🎯
Rewire the patterns running underneath it, so you can finish work on time without guilt, wake up without that immediate wave of stress, and make decisions without hours of overthinking.
So your day doesn’t feel like you’re constantly catching up.
So you actually have energy left when work is done.
And the inner critic doesn’t disappear, but it stops running the show. It starts working with you instead of against you.
We go underneath the overthinking, overworking, and constant pressure you’re carrying and work with what’s creating it, so the change actually lasts 🫀
Special offer for the 3 month program, if you enroll until midnight, 5th June ✨

Sometimes the women who “have it all together” are carrying the heaviest invisible load.
And while you are carrying this load, what no one notices is how lonely it can get...
You feel like you have to try harder, while other people seem to move through life with so much more ease.
There are not many people you can share the load with, because it feels like everything might break, if you let it out.
You will not break by admitting how heavy it feels 🫀
On the contrary, it makes everything lighter.
It softens the pressure, creates space to breathe again 🤍
It makes you more alive.

I have a good challenge to solve.
I am on a Marketing programme and I have to decide on the tangible outcome I promise with my work.
And, to be honest, I’m struggling.
My work is about understanding the real cause of your problems, changing perspective, removing the pressure, fear and self-criticism.
Do I need a little belief shifting myself too?
I mean, of course, there are tangible outcomes.
Women I worked with left jobs that they simply could not force themselves to endure anymore and, for the first time in years, allowed themselves to rest without guilt or self-blame.
They had pushed themselves far beyond their limits for a very long time.
They could no longer receive feedback without feeling emotional, because their nervous systems were already overloaded from constantly trying to prove themselves.
They were waking up with stomach aches, dread and exhaustion before the workday.
Women trying to fit themselves into expectations, deadlines and changing priorities that ignored their initiatives and proposals to do quality work.
A part of them knew something was off.
But another part, often stronger, kept saying:
“You just need to try more, do better”
“If you could just focus better, prioritise better, deliver faster, fix the mistakes…”
And, yes, tangible things changed.
Some decided to choose a break and finally sleep, rest, eat well, travel.
Some could finally sleep through the night without body aches.
Some stopped over-helping people who were constantly taking from them while giving very little back.
Some rediscovered hobbies, creativity, joy and parts of themselves they had not seen in years.
Some could become more confident leaders.
BUT the biggest outcome is not this.
It’s not tangible.
It’s that she realised that nothing is and has never been wrong with her.
She didn't need to be different or try harder.
She has already tried so hard.
She could finally say: “I am allowed to be who I am.”
And that's the biggest outcome of all.
Not forcing yourself to become a different person, but finally feeling safe enough to be yourself 🫀

A lot of you have asked - so what is RTT - what is the process, how is it different from other therapies?
I've put together the main aspects outlining the uniqueness and effectiveness of this approach and hopefully that helps you see and feel, if this can be a comfortable way of unlocking yourself ✨
RTT is a therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer over 30+ years of therapeutic work.
It integrates:
• Hypnotherapy
• Psychotherapy
• NLP
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Into 1 focused method 🚀
RTT uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, where those beliefs are formed and stored, so it allows us to access the root cause of the issue, not just symptoms of it that you're experiencing today.
It involves revisiting past experiences to understand how certain beliefs were formed, to observe them differently, from an adult perspective, and reframe them.
It's different from talk therapy, because in subconscious mind you have better access to the feeling (which sometimes looks 'illogical' to us as adults) and so it opens up the possibility for change - we know that feeling is always more powerful than logic 🫀
At the end of each session, you receive a personalised transformation recording 🎧Listening to it daily for 21-30 days supports:
• Reinforcing new beliefs
• Strengthening new neural pathways in your brain
• Shifting internal dialogue from critical to self-empowering.
RTT sessions are in-depth (2–3 hours) and because the work goes directly to the root,
many clients experience meaningful shifts within a small number of sessions.
Let me know, if that helps and if you'd love more info 🫀

If we haven't met yet, hi! ☺️
I'm Lina - a Certified Coach and Hypnotherapist ✨
I help women who feel stuck, misaligned, and mentally exhausted and need clarity on what to do next without risking everything 🧭
Because I've walked the path myself.
I spent years feeling different and not enough, had strong inner critic, fear of abandonment and navigated unhealthy relationships.
After 9 years in Tech, I reached burnout and made the decision to leave and work on something more aligned 🫀
I've now helped 100+ clients to:
🧭 Get clear on their direction and next steps when they felt stuck and kept going in circles
🫀 Trust themselves, their decisions, their voice, instead of overthinking or seeking external validation
🌙 Reduce stress, mental load and anxiety, so rest and sleep feel natural again
🤍 Show up with more ease and lightness in their leadership
Most of my clients have already tried to figure it out - they are smart and capable and motivated. They’ve done therapy, they’ve reflected, journaled, analyzed.
Together we go further - beyond the rational mind - and unlock what's at a deeper level, for a change that lasts ✨
It's grounded in human psychology, the subconscious, neuroscience and neuroplasticity 🧠, Gestalt therapy, CBT and NLP.
If this touched something in you and there’s something you’re ready to work through, we can figure it out together 🤍

Most people think burnout comes from working too much.
But Alex Hormozi said:
"Burnout has nothing to do with the amount of work that you are doing".
And I'm seeing again and again with my clients that it's rarely just about the workload.
It's about working too much AND:
– unclear responsibilities where you’re trying to figure it out
– constantly shifting priorities that keep you in reaction mode (and we know that multitasking just a way to limit your productivity)
– not feeling excited about the value, impact, or result you’re creating
– having little space to use your natural talents, ideas, or potential
– sometimes even feeling disconnected from the system or the values around you
– and still… carrying a very high sense of responsibility
So you start giving out more and more of your energy and...
..getting less and less energy in return...
Alex Hormozi explained it amazingly well:
"Burnout just means that the reward for the work that you are doing - you either habituated to that reward, got used to it, so it no longer rewards you anymore. Or the cadence of that reward, which is meaningful, continued to extend in terms of how frequently you get rewarded"
So maybe the better question is not: “How to reduce workload and have more balance?”
But: “What am I actually receiving from what I’m doing? What rewards me and generates energy?”
Because when the work feels meaningful, aligned, and rewarding, you can do a lot without burning out.
What are the things that truly reward you in your work? 🫀
