The first result of the "Industry 4.0 in Healthcare" project (HI4 ) is available on www.hi4.eu. ”Industry 4.0 applications in healthcare” includes a review of Industry 4.0 technologies and concepts currently applied in the healthcare sector, with guidelines regarding the specific training needed by the healthcare personnel.

Primul rezultat al proiectului "Industria 4.0 în sănătate" (HI4 ) este disponibil pe www.hi4.eu. "Industria 4.0 "Aplicații ale Industriei 4.0 în sănătate" conține o analiză a tehnologiilor și conceptelor Industriei 4.0 aplicate astăzi în sectorul sănătății, cu recomandări privind instruirea specifică necesară personalului sanitar.

Health 4.0 with Virtual Reality and 5G
Virtual reality and 5G join forces for remote multiple sclerosis rehabilitation. Hospital Universitario de la Princesa and Telefónica are developing a pioneering pilot project in Spain They will facilitate remote therapy, guided by a physiotherapist. According to the operator, Dr Virginia Meca Lallana and Dr Aránzazu Vázquez, the neurologist and rehabilitation doctor responsible for the pilot project, lead a multidisciplinary team that has been developing group rehabilitation treatment for patients with multiple sclerosis and virtual reality for years, adapted to different functional levels. Now they are adding the possibility of remote therapy via 5G, continuously guided by a physiotherapist. It also allows interaction between patients during the exercises, with the aim that this innovative, social and motivating technique increases adherence to rehabilitation treatment.
