UNINOVIS is delighted to announce the Staff Development BIP Week, hosted by Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK).
This international programme brings together colleagues from across the UNINOVIS alliance to strengthen collaboration, exchange expertise, and shape our shared future in European higher education.
✨ What to expect
The week combines an online kick-off session with an intensive in-person programme in Tampere and focuses on key strategic themes:
General themes
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) – integrating emerging technologies into learning, collaboration & support services
• Micro-credentials – flexible learning models and recognition across institutions
• Excellence Hubs – collaboration on education, research & innovation
Track-based discussions
• COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) – joint course development, virtual exchange & international engagement
• RDI (Research, Development & Innovation) – shared projects, ecosystems & funding pathways
The preliminary overarching theme for the on-site week is the use of AI in teaching and higher education practices.
