Young people often face the question β which direction is the right one for me?
Through the DreamMatch project, we help learners better understand themselves, their strengths, interests, and opportunities. Creative and practical activities encourage them to think more confidently about the future and make more conscious choices about their vocational pathways.

ποΈ DreamMatch is moving forward!
Project partners are continuing their work on the next project activities, focusing on creative and practical tools for career guidance.
One of the upcoming tasks is the development of Career Escape Room scenarios and other engaging materials that will help young people reflect on their skills, interests, motivation, and future career choices.
Through DreamMatch, partners aim to encourage learners to explore vocational pathways in a more interactive, creative, and meaningful way.

ποΈ DreamMatch is moving to the next stage β podcast production!
Project partners are now preparing a new activity: a podcast series about career choices, vocational pathways, motivation, and young peopleβs decisions about their future.
The aim of the podcasts is to encourage learners to reflect on their experiences, share their thoughts, and speak about the challenges they face when choosing a career path.
Each partner organisation will prepare 2 podcast episodes, giving young people the opportunity to share their voices and perspectives.

Following an intensive week in Turkey πΉπ·, the DreamMatch project is now moving into the next phase.
π§© The three Career Escape Room scenarios developed in Iznik are now being refined and prepared for implementation.
π₯ Project partners are working together to:
β’ test the scenarios in real educational settings
β’ adapt them to different learner needs
β’ ensure they effectively support career decision-making for VET learners
β¨ Step by step, DreamMatch is transforming ideas into practical solutions that help young people discover their strengths and choose the right career path.

π DreamMatch Project Activities in Turkey πΉπ·
From April 13β19, within the DreamMatch project, we gathered in Iznik.
A total of 16 participants from 4 partner organizations took part in intensive training focused on developing Escape Room scenarios.
π§© During the training, participants deepened their knowledge and worked hands-on to create scenarios, resulting in three original Escape Room games.
π At the same time, the development of methodological booklets based on these games has begun.
β¨ The first key stage of the project β scenario development β has been successfully completed, laying the foundation for the main project results.
All activities were highly productive, filled with collaboration and meaningful learning experiences.

βοΈ Getting ready for the next DreamMatch step
This week, we are actively preparing for an important milestone in the DreamMatch project β
the international partner meeting in Turkey πΉπ· taking place on April 13β19.
π₯ From each partner country, 3 learners and 1 teacher will participate in this mobility.
π‘ During this meeting, participants will work together to create one of the key project results β
Career Escape Room scenarios.
π§© Throughout the week, they will:
β’ explore the concept of career decision-making through game-based learning
β’ develop 3 interactive Escape Room scenarios
β’ design tasks helping learners discover their strengths, interests, and abilities
β’ collaborate in international teams and share real experiences
β’ contribute to a scenario booklet that teachers will later use in classrooms
π¬ These scenarios will later be transformed into short films, making them accessible to even more learners.
π This mobility is not only about creating tools β
it is also about learning from each other, building confidence, and growing together.
