SLI Summer English School in Lithuania
July 7-25, 2014
Immerse yourself in a supportive English environment for three weeks. Participate in a premier English language program and learn from excellent teachers. Your English skills will improve when you study in our intensive English program in July.
Program
Classes: The SLI program is an academic program tailored for young people who are serious about learning English. Our teachers are experienced English language professionals. You will quickly notice that our English teachers care about you (the student) and are invested in your personal academic achievement. We guarantee that students will attend classes 6 hours each day for a total of 90 hours of instruction.
And more!: Improve your communication skills and have fun meeting students from Lithuania and other countries. Live in a dormitory and speak English as you learn and study together. After classes, we offer individual instruction with homework, conversation groups, and great variety of entertaining activities in the evenings.
Enrollment
The SLI program is tailored for young people between the ages of 15- 20. We offer classes for students with any English ability from beginner to advanced levels. Pupils must have completed 9th grade. A majority of SLI students are secondary school pupils.
Dormitory
Students can apply to live in our dormitory on campus. We have limited dormitory space so we recommend that you apply early.
Dormitory residents must abide by the dormitory rules and regulations.

Tuition Payment Information
The program fee is due with the application.

*A dormitory damage deposit of 30 € is to be paid upon arrival in the dorm. If no damage is done during the person's stay in the dorm, the deposit will be returned when you depart.
There are two options for meal plans:
# Option 1: only breakfast and lunch Mondays through Fridays for the three weeks of the program 5,3 /day x 15 days = 80 €
# Option 2: breakfast, lunch and dinner Mondays through Fridays for the three weeks of the program 8,3 /day x 15 days = 125 €
Students could choose one full package with meals, if they want to. In such a case they make one transfer to university for everything and then university takes care of all the details. At this point the amounts would be the following:
Program price and the dorm: 650€ (until June 1)
Food (if option #2): 125€
TOTAL PRICE 775€
+ one more option:
Transfer from the airport: 25€ (Vilnius or Riga, the price would be the same. If they fly into Palanga, university could pick students without any charge)
