Description: The villa is built in one of the nicest regions in Germany – Bavaria, on the hill, on the highest and the most impressive place in Dingolfing. The main idea was to create the modern interior the transdiscipline dynamic design forms of which nicely match with the non-traditional conception and impressive lightening variations. Mantas and Marcel the project authors implemented the common innovative and modern interior vision. “Smart home system” is installed in overall house enabling to control and change the lights and other systems. The majority of the furniture is created as a result of the designers’ experiments. Corian is prevailing in overall house: in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom ad work room. Black ceilings and floors is a rare and brave decision, whereas in other areas white colour dominates. Eucalyptus tree is implanted in the centre of the house. Deceptively hanging stairs supposedly levitate in the air, they are elegant and stable. The work room is minimal, white orange Corian writing table contrasts with the black concrete wallpaper. The futuristic design bed in the bedroom is the alloy of white and yellow Corian. The kitchen has the most complicated composition of furniture composed of the island standing in the space, functional wardrobe and the decor element lasting on the ceiling with 3D lightening. Beside the hi-tech house stylistics green theme also found its place there. The owner of the villa still gets commercial proposals and requests to film commercials and films within his house.
