Southwestern Advantage started as a publishing company back in 1855. Since 1868 it has offered (mostly North American) students the possibility to work in their summer sales and leadership program. European students have been actively participating for the last 30 years. In 2013 we had about 2000 students from North America and 700 from Europe participating. Top European Campuses in 2013:

There has been a few waves of Polish students participating in the past (as far back as 1993), but we are now more actively involving the Poles again. 2013 was the first year students from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski (UWM) participated in the program. We are now in the process of interviewing and selecting students to work with us in the summer of 2014 and possibly more than just one summer. Since we train students 1 on 1 and become their personal mentors (their partners in success if you will), and since everybody has a limited amount of time and energy, there is a limited number of students we can select. Our goal is to help the students we select from Olsztyn do well in the program, and get it going here, so that in 2-3 years it wouldn’t be us Estonian guys running this thing here, but you, local UWM students, with your own successful track records.
