What a community we've built! 🥰🌳

This time we met in beautiful Anykščiai to engage in the most Lithuanian summer activity - kayaking. 🛶

Summer meet-ups are especially wonderful, because in Summer we get to see people who normally live outside of Lithuania. 😍

Who are these people, you ask. Mostly, my awesome students 😎 Some of them come from private lessons, some - from the Speaking groups, some even come from the Summer Camp! 🔥

At one point someone said: "I know what we're doing in October, I already have a plan for us" 😁 How amazing these guys are! So stay tuned for October, but for now just let me tell you how grateful I am for all these people!

As one of our participants said: yeah yeah, Lithuanian language and all, but I just had so much fun this week 😁🔥

What an incredibly fun and creative group you were! You helped us fulfill our "language adventure" idea to the fullest, and for that, we will be forever grateful. 🙏

The magic of our Lithuanian Summer Camp never fails to surprise! One of our hosts didn’t just invite a participant over for dinner – they also ended up recording a radio show together. 🤯

Let this be a cautionary tale: dinner with Lithuanians might turn into a national radio debut. 🤩😅

Today one of our camp participants had an internship in "Pirmas daigas" restaurant where he practiced Lithuanian while working as a waiter 😍☕

🇱🇹 Pirmos trys lietuvių kalbos stovyklos dienos tiesiog praskrido 😌 Susipažinome, turėjome jaukų pikniką su vietiniais gyventojais 🧺, nužygiavome pamatyti Anykščių perlo 🪨 ir praleidome smagią popietę su mielomis damomis iš Trečio amžiaus universiteto. 🩶 Ir viskas lietuviškai!

Ir liko daaar 3 dienos! 😍

🇬🇧 The first 3 days of the Lithuanian Summer Camp just flew by 😌🌳 We got to know each other, we had a cozy picnic with the locals 🧺, we hiked to see the gem of Anykščiai 🪨 and spent an afternoon with the lovely ladies from A University of the Third Age. 🩶 All in Lithuanian!

Was meeting at Šaltibarščiai festival a mistake? 😬 Well, it definitely was challenging to stay together but learning Lithuanian was never supposed to be easy 😅 Thanks for coming everyone, and I'll make sure to organize public events more often 👌

This event is not a test, but a chance to see how much you already know and what kind of conversations you'll be able to take part in at the camp.

🗣️ The Summer Camp is all about speaking practice in real situations—with real Lithuanians! This session will help you feel more confident about joining and using your Lithuanian with others.

So, whether you’re sure about coming or still thinking it over, this is the perfect way to:
