It is with profound sadness and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of one of our own, Mr. Sele Michael Selomi, affectionately known among his colleagues and friends as "Mike."

Mr. Selomi served Khethisa High School with exceptional dedication, unwavering commitment, and selfless devotion for more than two decades, from 1987 to 2013. He was among the pioneers who poured their heart and soul, and sweat blood, into building the Khethisa High School we know and cherish today. His immense contribution to the growth and success of our school has secured him a permanent place in our history and in our hearts.

Throughout his years of service, Mr. Selomi was distinguished by his respect for his work, his passion for the teaching profession and his genuine care and love for learners. He was, indeed, a true warrior whose legacy will continue to inspire generations.

We take this opportunity to inform all Khethisa High School alumni, former staff members, learners, parents, and the wider community of this great loss. Details regarding the funeral arrangements will be shared as soon as they become available.
