🎖️ Congratulations to Our Proud Alumna, Mamello Poone! 🇱🇸
Today, we celebrate a remarkable achievement by one of our own, Mamello Poone, who has successfully graduated from military school.
As a school community, we are extremely proud of her dedication, discipline, courage, and commitment to serving her country. Mamello has chosen a noble path of service, and her achievement is an inspiration to our current students and the entire community.
As she begins her military career, we wish her strength, wisdom, and success in every mission she undertakes. May she provide the highest standard of service that our military can offer, always upholding the values of integrity, honor, and patriotism.
We pray that God protects her at all times as she has dedicated her life to protecting the Kingdom of Lesotho and its people. May He guide her steps, keep her safe, and bless her with a long and successful career.
Congratulations, Mamello Poone! The whole Mt Carmel family is proud of you, and we wish you all the best for the future.
🇱🇸 Serving with honor, leading with courage.

The event aimed to promote academic excellence, encourage healthy competition, and strengthen friendships and collaboration between our school and the primary schools within our center. To the Parents and Community of Mpharane
Dear Parents and Community Members,
I write to you with deep concern regarding the high rate of school dropouts at My Carmel High School. This is an issue that affects not only our school, but the entire community of Mpharane. Education is the foundation of a better future, and there is no reason greater than ensuring that every child remains in school.
As a school, we are heartbroken by the number of learners who have left before completing their studies. To give a clear picture, I recently reflected on a photograph taken three years ago with a group of our students. Today, nearly 90% of those learners are no longer in school, even though they should now be in Grade 11. This reality is painful and deeply worrying.
We strongly believe that every child has potential and deserves a chance to succeed. However, this can only happen when we work together as parents, teachers, and the wider community. We urge all parents and guardians to do everything possible to keep their children in school. Encourage them, support them, and remind them daily of the importance of education.
We understand that challenges exist, but we must not allow them to take away our children’s future. Let us work hard by all means to ensure that our children stay in school, complete their education, and become responsible citizens who will uplift our community.
As a school, we continue to pray and hope for the return of those who have left and for the strength of those still with us to continue their journey. Together, let us build a brighter future for our children.
Your support and commitment are crucial.
Yours sincerely,
[Kamohelo futho]

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT FOR OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY
Dear Teachers, Learners, and Parents,
Our school thrives when we work together with dedication, discipline, and a shared vision for success. Education is a partnership between teachers who guide, learners who strive to grow, and parents who support and encourage from home.
To our teachers, your commitment shapes the future. Your patience, hard work, and passion inspire learners to believe in themselves and reach their full potential.
To our learners, remember that success comes through effort, perseverance, and a positive attitude. Every lesson you learn today builds the foundation for your tomorrow. Work hard, stay focused, and never stop believing in your abilities.
To our parents, your support and encouragement play a powerful role in the success of our learners. When home and school work together, children feel motivated and confident to achieve their goals.
Let us all remember that great achievements come from teamwork, dedication, and consistent effort. If each of us does our part with excellence, our school will continue to grow and succeed.
Together we can achieve nothing but the best.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our school is organizing a sports trip for learners to Mafeteng this Saturday. The purpose of this trip is to give our learners an opportunity to participate in sports activities, interact with learners from other schools, and develop important life skills.
Sports play a very important role in the development of learners. Through sports, learners build teamwork, discipline, confidence, and good sportsmanship. It also helps them stay physically active and supports their overall growth both inside and outside the classroom.
We kindly encourage parents and guardians to allow their children to participate in this trip, as it will be a valuable and enjoyable learning experience for them. Your support helps our learners grow academically, socially, and physically.
Thank you for your continued support in promoting the holistic development of our learners.
Yours sincerely,
School Administration

Message on School Results
We would like to inform parents, learners, and the community about our school results. The overall performance is average; however, we are proud to acknowledge some outstanding learners, such as Poloko Sekhonyana and Molelekeng Lefuma, who performed very well.
As teachers and students, we take responsibility for these results and we promise to improve next year. With hard work, discipline, and commitment from teachers, learners, parents, and the support of the entire community, we believe that better results are achievable.
Let us continue to work hand in hand for the success of our learners and the future of our school
