Lesotho Institute for Climate Change, Poverty and Sustainable Development The institute's main agenda involves advocacy, community capacity development and education on Climate Change, Poverty and Sustainable Development Goals.

The Lesotho Institute for Climate Change, Poverty and Sustainable Development was founded in November 2011. It was formerly known as JVE International with main focus on youth participation in decision making as main agenda. In 2014, the constitution was revised with the aim of involving the broader community into the work of the organization. As a result, in January 2015 the organisation also c

hanged its name to the Lesotho Institute for Climate Change, Poverty and Sustainable Development indictive of the changes in the constitution.
