📌LET US STAND TOGETHER FOR 'ME' MAKARABO LETSOELA‼️‼️

The space is still open. The call to support 'me' Makarabo Letsoela is still on.

As part of our commitment to supporting our community, IBC College has made its hall available FREE OF CHARGE to individuals, groups, organisations and well wishers who wish to host fundraising activities aimed at assisting 'me' Makarabo Letsoela.

Tonight’s event, Friday, 4 September 2026, is one of the activities taking place at the IBC College Hall, Seapoint.
But this is not the end of the journey.

Another fundraising event is planned for 19 September 2026, and the opportunity remains open to anyone who would like to organise an activity to contribute towards this cause.

If you are interested in using the IBC College Hall for a fundraising activity, please visit IBC College premises for more information and to discuss the arrangements.

One person’s burden can become lighter when a community chooses to carry it together.

Let us show 'me' Makarabo that she is not alone.

HEAR IT FROM OUR PARTICIPANTS‼️‼️

“For me, it was not only about getting a qualification. IBC College gave me a practical foundation that I could carry into different areas of work.”

Mr. Naeem Rajah, an IBC College Diploma in Accounting graduate, shares how his qualification has continued to serve him beyond accounting, from managing a supermarket to working in property management.

His message to young people is simple:

LEARN FROM 'ME' THAKANE VERONICA MAKHABANE'S RESPONSE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

FROM IBC COLLEGE TO A MASTER’S DEGREE‼️

We asked: “Why IBC?”
And 'me' Thakane Veronica Makhabane answered with her story.

Her journey started with a Diploma at IBC College, which opened the opportunity for her to pursue a degree at a local university.

According to 'me' Thakane, the knowledge and skills she gained at IBC helped her perform well in her degree, where she went on to receive a Best Performer Award, an achievement that also opened the door to a job opportunity.
But she did not stop there.

She continued her studies and successfully completed her Master’s degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education.

Her message to IBC is simple but powerful

“Thank you, IBC College, for helping me build the foundation that has brought me this far.”

This is 'me' Thakane’s Why IBC.
