Back at the Lesotho College of Education Library — a place that shaped how I think about learning, teaching, and growth.

This is where I learned that an educator must first be a student.

To learn effectively, one is to care deeply about knowledge, research, and continuous growth.

This festive season, we work towards rebuilding a home of excellence, expression, and creative Writers.

I’m reminded of a simple principle to live by:

"Learn before you teach — not the other way around."

To my local students:
Don’t wait for the classroom to start learning.
Read ahead. Research. Question. Teach yourself first — then class becomes clarity, not confusion.

Growth is intentional.
Education is a responsibility.
Learning is lifelong.

While the LGCSE results show that there is a lot of failing in High School this year, it may be very important for you to improve your grades and take them to the next best level, even before applying for your dream Course in college or university.

Most local students who are unable to qualify for University decide to get their grades fixed, instead of giving up on their career path and the future they had hoped for.

🙂 Good news! In the picture added along with this post is our real life precious memory of Kayla Kalaka, our former student, who proved that you’re never a loser or too dumb to improve your High School grades by joining the Ready Writers Academy.

2021 was the first time our doors were officially open for her, candidates like you and others who attended special remedial and supplementary classes in order to earn their way into Higher Learning Institutions, making them the best LGCSE students ever in the country.

Welcome home!
