Chef Donald Moletsane a pioneering figure in Lesotho Culinary Industry is the founder of the first Lesotho's Culinary Arts School Dona@Balos &Hospitality and President of Lesotho Chefs Association. He is a trail blazer in the Culinary Sector in Africa and globally.
This is indeed exciting news that are in lines with the vision of Lesotho South Africa Business Council that was launched by The Right Honourable Prime Minister Ntsokoane Matekane last year on the 2nd of December 2025 to make sure that entrepreneurs of Lesotho and South Africa they work together and best practises and experiences this is one of the initiatives that will drive the vision of private sector driven initiatives in Lesotho and South Africa through such dedicated initiatives by business people from both countries.
