A RARE TEACHER
Chisanga Zulu a Teacher in Kifubwa in Solwezi was found in class teaching with a baby on her back.
The baby is the young brother to one of her female pupils.
The grade 6 pupil had been missing school, this forced her teacher-Ms Zulu to follow her home to find out why she has been away from school.
On the visit ,It is was discovered that the mother to the grade 6 pupil leaves the girl at home to look after her younger brothers and sisters .
This made it difficult for the girl to attend Classes. The Headteacher also moved in and asked Ms. Zulu to allow the pupil to be attending class with her little brother .
When she's at school, the teacher-Ms. Zulu puts the little boy on her back so that the Grade 6 girl can concentrate .

Southern African Teachers Organisation (SATO) started with its annual games in Maseru, Lesotho.As sport is the most effective unifier of people irrespective of race, colour or creed, the SATO Games provide the educators from different teacher unions in the region with an opportunity to gather and celebrate their profession.
The games have attracted about 800 teachers from five Southern African countries – South Africa, Botswana,Zambia, Swaziland, Tanzania and hosts Lesotho kicked off early in the morning at Setsoto Stadium and Lesotho College of Education. The participants are competing in six disciplines namely football, netball, basketball, volleyball, athletics and chess.

“South Africa has embraced Kiswahili which is an official African Union language so there’s also lots of excitement that South Africa will finally embrace Kiswahili language.
