NKETU operates at various centres within Botswana, as and when need arises;
NKETU has two departments: administration and training;

ious sectors of life including, People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), HIV/AIDS Counsellors, Divorcees and Single Parents, Married couples, Christian Sunday School Teachers, Christian Bible Study Leaders, Christian Leaders, Christian church leaders (with emphasis on African Independent churches, Chaplains (Army, Prisons, Police, Hospitals, Institutions of Higher Education), Commercial S*x Workers (CSW), Teachers, and Children;
The CENTRE also offers community empowerment training through the practice of Contextual Bible Study on various social issues: HIV/AIDS, human, social, economic, religious rights and responsibilities; gender inequality and related matters including religious gender equity; special groups such as single parents, OVCs, women, PLWHA, CSWs, and their position in religion and worship; labour relations from the religious perspective; social welfare and distribution of wealth;
Where possible the Centre will also assist or facilitate assistance of high school students who have not succeeded in final high school examinations with remedial studies;
The CENTRE will also liaise with other relevant institutions for the promotion of the CENTRE objectives in this regard.
