France is proud to support projects that create concrete opportunities for young people and contribute to stronger communities across Lesotho.

Through the Embassy of France in South Africa, Lesotho and Malawi, France continues its partnership with Kick4Life and its Lesotho United program, which uses sport, education and social development as powerful tools to empower young people and drive positive change.

This partnership is another example of France’s commitment to working alongside local organizations and supporting initiatives with a lasting impact in Lesotho.

🎸 We’re excited to welcome Safe Energy, a Johannesburg-based multidisciplinary artist, self-taught guitarist and lead vocalist of Ntozakwantu. His soulful sound blends African rhythms, organic instrumentation and electronic/ambient soundscapes, creating a unique and deeply atmospheric musical experience. 🌍🎶

The Institut français’ La Fabrique Cinéma is now open for applications!

Each year, 10 projects from the Global South are selected to take part in this prestigious program, organized in close collaboration with the Festival de Cannes and the Marché du Film.

Selected filmmakers benefit from:
