Greetings family, faculty of Agriculture, Health Science and Law have presented the results in the Senate as such they have been approved, they further went to faculties to be corrected. Faculty of Agriculture is done with corrections as such they are to be published today. Law and Health Science after corrections will publish results. Remaining faculties have not yet submitted the results in the Senate Faculty of Social Science, faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Education, faculty of Humanities and IEMS.

Office of the Registrar will publish a timetable. Again concerning registration Registrar's office will issue a circular that will indicate the commencement of Academic Registration.

Greetings once again, as we indicated that *Hon. Moeketsi Rapuleng* will be at NMDS today, here is the feedback.

1. *Pending monies(lumpsums and rents)*

Students who did not get their lumpsums until today, reconciliation process of list from Bursar has began and payments are going to be made very soon.
As for rent for first years, the process began so they are going to an individual student because some stayed in campus and now they are off campus, whereas on the contract indicated that they are in camp, as a result the process is almost done so they will get their 2 months rent. Together with monies of contuing students rents and lumpsums which are pending will reflect.

2. *Project and attachments*

NMDS have not yet recieved the lists from the university, we went to academic office to persue this matter and we found out that faculties have just submitted lists lately except faculty of law as a result NMDS wants all list altogether, so faculty of law indicated that there are no students who are going to the attachment being that faculty of law has to write a letter formally to NMDS so we have directed academic office to submit those list because NMDS is ready to start projects and attachments contract signing. As the ministry we are working hard that this contracting happens very soon as our people are now at the fields.

The fillowing students should re-submit their renewal documents (renewal contract, results and back confirmation) at NMDS tommorrow or Monday at loan Bursary Administrator.

Greetings to you family, as the almanac of events indicates that results will be published tommorrow the 18th March 2022, until today results have not been presented in the Senate. As the ministry we went to faculties and we found that faculty boards sittings are on progress, FOST, LAW, Humanities, Health Science and Agric, after being presented in the faculty boards then they will go to the Senate to be approved.

Furthermore, there are some students who did not register but they wrote exams our office will approach the office of the Registrar for extension in registration.

Also, indirect students who have two (2) student numbers the office of the Registrar is going to write a letter to NMDS which indicates the student number that will be used. In order for you to get your monies. Again an updated list of registered students is going to be sent to NMDS in order for you to get your monies those who registered lately.

Greetings to you family, today marks the beginning of our Examinations, as such *we are to be assessed the way we were taught*, we managed to stop ELG for a certain class that was taught Online and the lecturer wants it to be physical, they will write it on the 17th. *Other ELG courses were written physically because they were taught physical.*

Also we met with H.O.Ds in the faculty of Agriculture, since they intended to hold Examinations physical despite the fact that they taught ONLINE, we managed to reach the conclusion that Examinations must be ONLINE. Also we met with the H.O.D for Economics concerning forth years which were taught Econometrics ONLINE and the lecturer wants them physical, the H.O.D understood and we are expeting the response at the moment.

If you were taught ONLINE and the lecturer wants you to write physical inform us as SRC as soon as possible.

We further went to the library to meet with the management to extend the opening hours of the library that is, it should be closed at 22:30.
